Our model is to work with carefully selected local partners in each country who will own the lion’s share of each local business. This will create jobs and taxable income as well as empower people in their own country. This also ensures that that the ongoing maintenance is carried out and therefore the long-term sustainability of each unit. In addition, each PAWS unit is monitored remotely by PAWS to ensure water quality, volumes and maintenance schedules eliminating any downtime.

Meet the Team

  • Stephen is an entrepreneur mainly in food and drink with extensive experience of Africa covering 40 years. He has a keen interest in the sciences, geography and current affairs, He is an accomplished chef and a terrible surfer

  • Christian has lived and worked in Africa for over 20 years. He has vast experience of negotiating at Presidential/Ministerial level and understands the unique complexities of each country on the continent.

    He is a multi-lingual, dynamic, problem solver

  • Siva was brought up in Zambia and understands the dynamics of working and trading in Africa. He has particular expertise in the SME sector including Private Equity backed businesses.

    Siva is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.

  • John has over 30 years of financial services industry experience in the UK and is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Ashberg limited, a London based Boutique Corporate Finance House which is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and specialises in Corporate Finance, arranging and advising.

  • Brian is Managing Partner of Prime Advantage Capital Partners, a London based Management Consultancy and Corporate Finance firm focusing on growing and exiting SMEs.
